While Vivo is busy with the Vivo V70 series, which is set to launch tomorrow (February 19), new reports have started revealing several details about the upcoming Vivo X300 FE. The device has already been spotted on certification platforms like EEC (Europe), BIS (India), and Bluetooth SIG.
In the latest development, the Vivo X300 FE has bagged a couple of additional certifications and also surfaced on Geekbench, revealing key details about its hardware. Furthermore, its variants and colour options have also emerged.
Vivo X300 FE’s chipset revealed
The Vivo X300 FE’s Geekbench appearance reveals that it is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and Android 16 with the latest OriginOS 6 skin on top.
Additionally, the Vivo X300 FE has passed TUV and Singapore’s IMDA certifications. While the TUV listing reveals 90W charging support, the IMDA appearance confirms the presence of NFC.
The inclusion of this chipset and 90W charging suggests that the X300 FE could be a rebranded or tweaked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5-powered Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which debuted in December 2025 in China.
Vivo X300 FE specifications (rumoured)
If the Vivo X300 FE is indeed a rebranded version, it is expected to feature a compact 6.31-inch OLED panel delivering a crisp 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It promises top-notch performance, as it is likely to include LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
The X300 FE is expected to house a 6,500mAh battery, which may support 40W wireless charging in addition to 90W wired charging. It is also tipped to feature three 50MP cameras for selfies, primary shots, and periscope telephoto photography, along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens.
Vivo X300 FE launch timeframe (expected)
With multiple certifications under its belt, the Vivo X300 FE may launch as soon as next month (March) in multiple markets, including India.
