Last week, OnePlus released the first teaser of the upcoming OnePlus 15R. While it hinted that the phone would arrive in black and green shades, it did not reveal the design. In a new development, the brand has not only confirmed the design but has also revealed its launch date. Additionally, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 tablet will debut alongside the 15R.
OnePlus 15R: A performance-focused phone
The OnePlus 15R is confirmed to launch on December 17 in India, Europe, and North America. It will be available in shades such as Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze.
The company has also confirmed that the 15R features a metal frame and an IP66/68/69/69K-rated dust and water resistance, meaning it offers total protection against dust, continuous submersion in water, and high-pressure, high-temperature water jets.
While the OnePlus 15R is believed to be a rebranded or slightly tweaked version of the OnePlus Ace 6T, which is scheduled to launch later this month in China, the brand has yet to reveal the core specifications of the device.
OnePlus Pad Go 2: A mid-range 5G tablet
The upcoming OnePlus Pad Go 2 is a successor to the original OnePlus Pad Go tablet, which debuted in October 2023. One of the major highlights of the second-generation model is support for 5G connectivity.
As shown in the image, the Pad Go 2 will support the OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, enabling an enhanced productivity experience for users who rely on note-taking and creative work. The tablet will be available in colours such as Shadow Black and Lavender Drift.
OnePlus Watch Lite: Entry-level smartwatch
The OnePlus Watch Lite is the third device scheduled to launch on December 17. However, the brand is not teasing this smartwatch in India, which raises doubts about whether it will be released in the country. Even so, it is confirmed to hit the global market on the same date.
